Artemis High Guard copper cuffs

These are another pair of the Artemis Amazon High Guard cuffs also seen in the episode "Fallen Angel" worn by the demons from the hell. 

These cuffs are made of real aged copper, garnet leather and rivets. They are a small wrist so, they are probably worn just for women. You can see the other metal cuffs I used to have, although are deaccessed. See more...

Actually, I have adquired them cause it was a good deal and can fit with my Julius Caesar costume cause the copper is the same like the Chest metal armour and the leather garnet tone combines with the costume.

I have screenmatched them in this scene from the episode "Eternal Bonds" from season 5.

Gabrielle "The Deliverer" dagger prop

Hello friends! Today I bring you a new post talking about my screen-used dagger prop style used in “The Deliverer” and “Gabrielle’s Hope” when Gabrielle makes her first kill. This dagger is a resin piece with a foam blade for stunts, probably to not to hurt anyone. 

The handle is a carved Maori Tiki figure from New Zealand. They are commonly called tiki by New Zealanders, a term that originally refers to large human figures carved in wood and to the small wooden carvings used to mark sacred places.

This is the same style of the dagger that Gabrielle used to kill Meridian in "The Deliverer" however this one wasn't used for that episodes cause has some differences bewteen the ones used, for example, the rope arround the Maori figure is one of the differences. The one used by Renée is owned by another US collector and friend. However I think is an special prop to include in my collection.

Gabrielle Hero Screenused S6 Sai Straps

Another of my favourite pieces of this Season 6 Gabrielle costume: The Sai Straps. I've adquired a pair of the screenused sai straps used by Gabrielle played by Renée O'Connor during the filming of the six season of the tv series.

They are in mint condition. The sai straps are made from a braid that combines strips of black and green leather, being the same green leather used in the skirt and top. And the braided is sewn on a piece of reddish brown leather.

My intuition tells me that they are the pair of the sai straps exhibited in the Te papa museum in New Zealand.

Gabrielle Hero Screenused S6 Underneath Shorts

 New adquisition! These is a screenused reddish orange short that Renée worn underneath the velvet skirt during season 6 for modestry. In the label is written "12B Renee #3" I suppose this was the third one that was made for her. There were different numbered costume sets of the same wardrobe for the main actresses and this one is number #3.

I've never seen before this piece of the main hero Gabrielle wardrobe from season 6. So I must be proud of the new purchase.

Valkyrie Gaunlets

 Hi guys! I must say I feel lucky. I've recently purchased a pair of Valkyrie gaunlets that were listed on eBay. So, finally I can complete my Valkyrie costume, when Ive bought the Valkyrie wardrobe it arrived with just one gaunlet, I thought I would never had the chance to complete the outfit cause the Valkyrie props are quite rare, and also, I thought if anyone sells his Valkyrie props will be the complete costume, but, it happened. A UK seller agreed to ship to Spain the pair of Valkyrie gaunlets.

As I already know the Valkyrie costume was made with very fragile and delicate materials. I think the kind of soft flexible plastic/resin that were made all the leaves of the costume with the time become started to crack in the part with more tension or more exposed. You can see in the photos that the main leaf piece of the gaunlet is divided in two parts. However, the condition is not the best I think if I glued with care will work.

It comes with a Certificate of authenticity and a kind of source history summary.

Amazon screenused armbands

 After a bit of research Ive found when appeared the amazon armbands that come with the Solari Costume. In this case, they were seen in the episode “Endgame” from season 4 during the amazon dance before the battle against Pompey. 

Firstly, Ive thought that the armband without the metal spirals pieces would have fallen off after the production but no, they can be seen with and without that kind of metal, copper, spirals arround. 

The armbands are made with a kind of soft material inside, covered with black leather and rivets, they have an elastic band to be adjusted in the arm that it is also covered with leather. They are very well conserved and in good condition.
